"Kept awake all night by alarm going off every 5 minutes in the room next door. Reception did not answer our internal call. Got a reply when I used my mobile. A staff member knocked on the door, when he heard the alarm. Then contacted his manager, who arranged a phone call to the room. Alarm continued. Second staff member then contacted his manager "to ask what to do". Another phone call resulted in alarm being switched off at 05.40 am. The two staff members conversed in Spanish, only speaking English when addressing me. At 07.15am, housekeeping banging doors and moving trolleys, including recycling bins outside our door. An expensive night from Hell. At Reception on leaving I was given an email address, location Spain, to communicate my issues. No one with the authority to address the situation."

"Rooms were adequately sized, quiet and comfortable. Staff was friendly. There is a at the door, Paddy, who was lovely. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast which offered a wide variety of foods. We also enjoyed dinner one evening which was also good. Parking was conveniently adjacent to the property."

"Customer service at this hotel is superb. Nothing is too much trouble, It’s extremely clean and my room was beautiful. Very comfortable bed, modern tech and lovely breakout/coffee areas downstairs. Would def stay here again"
