"We’ve stayed at this hotel before and unfortunately this visit was a letdown. Our non smoking room smelled horribly of cigarette. I did appreciate however that for a very large hotel it is very quiet."

"Le daría las 5 estrellas si no fuera por la mujer que está en la recepción, es tan grosera. En general el motel es bueno, pero el trato que da esa mujer no dan ganas de volver, no puedo entender como la tienen allí dando tan pésimo trato a los clientes."

The only incident that we ran into was when they first gave us the room, we went into a room that I don't know if it had been used or if someone was in there still because when we walked in the bed was not made, there was water bottles around there was food.There was towels on the floor but when we went to go, ask the guy what was going on with the room, he gaves us another room.Right away then, he apologized, but other than that.Everything was really good"
