"Approximately 50% of all the rooms in the hotel have no windows to the outside but to a 2-3 meter wide ventilation shift. You can‘t open the window, the room is always very dark, you will need the light on even when the sun is shining, the air conditioning is loud and you always have an unpleasant smell. I never would book the room again. Horrible."

"Breakfast menu was very limited, not much choice or quality and often overcrowded. Rest of hotel was ok though but a pool would have been nice. Good location for city centre and tourist attractions "

"Bed sheets were washed but still dirty with a questionable stain (which should have been spotted at point of house keeping), requesting replacements they arrived again with what looked like bodily stains on them, and the third set had blood! Eventually we went to the store room ourselves to find some clean sheets to make our own bed. The dish washer made strange noises, didn't clean anything but did smell of electrical burning. The washing machine was even worse for the noise and left clothing dripping wet. Wardrobe handles had obviously broken in the past but instead of replacing them they just sealed the holes off and had to grip the surrounding edges to open/close. There was a single frying pan supplied in the kitchen area, which was the smallest pan in the world (it struggled to accommodate a single fried egg!) - the location is great and the view from the balcony is lovely, but the place just feels very tired and instead of things getting fixed they get bodged. Staff are lovely but unfortunately, ineffective."

"All amenities were really good, bar service was great, can walk to airport and is also close to most areas so a good location. Very safe too."

"Great location short walk to Victoria Square, Rundle Mall. Also bus stop right out the front. Great rooms, clean, comfortable bed. Staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Our second stay here and will definitely stay again."

"I paid $89.00 dollars more than previous stays and we received less. Like Kitchen Utensils, are less and less. Something simple like milk Before was the little cartons from devondale, now a spit of millk in a tiny container, please respect the name of just very nice place to stay... "
