Lovely hotel, not huge so personal feel. Absolutely spotless. Staff friendly and lovely pool. Very relaxing break.
Worth noting there is no lift so had to use stairs. Not an issue for us but worth knowing if you do struggle with stairs so you can ask for an accessible room. Will stay there again.

The Good
1. Reception was friendly and helpful
2. Bed was comfy
The Bad
1. I booked a regular room, but was guven one with a rol-in shower (for those with mobility issues. The shower and bathroom was dirty, mostly due to upkeep (grout / caulkung).
2. The fridge in the room is very loud, likely on its last leg.
3. There is tea in the room, but no coffee. The coffee machine in the lobby was broken and the onsite restaurant was not open before I had to leave for my flight.

House is beautiful but could use some updating inside especially rooms. Altho bath was great, already updated.
Staff was friendly but got upset that we disnt order breakfast or use their car service to the airport because it was no included and was expensive for being 5 mins to the Gatwick airport.

"I’ve already reviewed this Hotel any comments still stand except for the lady at the front desk was barking commands at me. It had been a long day and I was tired and felt rushed. It won’t stop me from booking again in December. I might even bark back."
