The hotel is smartly located right right next to St. Lazarus Cathedral, the most beautiful structure in town. Our room was pretty spacious and had a kitchenette and a balcony. The balcony offered great views of the cathedral, which got nicely lit up at night. The room had a wall AC/heating unit, which came handy during chilly winter nights. The kitchenette was equipped with a stove, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The dishes and cooking utensils were also provided. WIFI was included in price and worked well. Cable TV offered a few channels in English, among others. The bed was comfortable, with additional pillows and blankets stored in the closet. The bathroom supplies included soaps, shampoos, and slippers. The shower had a good water pressure. The hotel is located on the third floor of an elevator building. The reception/check in desk is located in the Opera Hotel across the street. So, go to Opera Hotel first, get checked in, and you will be escorted to your room in Operetta House. You can also use Opera Hotel's parking lot for your car. Parking is free. There is no set breakfast time, but there is a choice of complimentary cakes, cookies, coffee, and tea available at the reception area at all times. In the morning they add some cereal and a variety of breakfast rolls. Both hotels, Opera and Operetta House, are very clean, reception personnel is helpful an polite. Restaurants, bakeries, cafes, bars, etc. are all around. The main sea front promenade is two blocks away.
