"Our stay was excellent! Checked in with manager who was very helpful, smooth, and very courteous, and offered many suggestions for things to do. The location was good, 5 minutes walk to the beach and eatery. Rooms were very ckeaned, spacious, modern and loved wall decorations. Balcony had street and ocean view from distance. Underground parking was clean and very bright I felt secured being there alone late at night. Will definitely stay there again. Kham"

"The staff were 100% lovely, helpful and friendly. The only issue I had was fixed immediately. The hostel is kept super clean throughout. Guests were truly international and there was a great friendly vibe. Kitchens and seating on ground floor and roof, from where you can see the ocean nearby. Free drinking-quality water, first time I've seen this in many trips to the Canaries. Good wifi. Main showers and basins in safe-feeling unisex area on middle floor. Clean and warm IKEA bedding. Super convenient to beach, good supermarkets, buses, etc. I was in the 4-bed female dorm that has a window to atrium rather than to outside. That could have been annoying at night but the staff ensured quiet from 23:00, so it was probably quieter than an external window? Imagine it's hot in summer, but then you are in the Canaries... "Very friendly and helpful staff. Fran explained all at check in, and gave a few restaurant recommendations, along with bus links to go further afield. The Number 1 bus is a 20 minute ride to the'Old Town' from nearby (mere minutes by foot) Las Canteras beach. Thoroughly recommended. "
