"Exceptional Staff and Service in Santiago I recently stayed at Hodelpa Gran Almirante Hotel & Casino in Santiago, and I cannot speak highly enough about the staff. From check-in to check-out, every team member was respectful, gracious, polite, and genuinely inviting. It's rare to find such consistently excellent service, and it made my stay truly memorable. If you're looking for a good place to stay while in Santiago, Dominican Republic, I would absolutely recommend this hotel.
