Poolside sunbeds need replacing, most were overstrectched uncomfortable and dirty. Room was fine no complaints. Staff always helpful. Pool bar okay offered everthing you asked for.

Great location , great staff , great pools. Good a la carte. Buffet is poor and its noisy enough in the rooms can hear next door and people up and down the long corridor. Entertainemnt at night was way too loud couldnt even hold a conversation with people at the table overall an enjoyable stay

Mattresses were worn right down (compacted down to the springs). Futon used as a sofa was SO uncomfortable. Like sitting on marble. Inadequate kitchen items. Please try giving guests a heads-up as to when housekeeping staff will come in!! Desk staff, bar staff, maintenance staff were fabulous!!
