"One night stay on our way south and what a beautiful and interesting stay. The castle was impressive and our room in the hotel was gorgeous with a great view. This is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in! "
"We were allocated in a nice spacious suite (with stairs to access), well equipped, would recommend softer smaller pillows. Staff very friendly. Pool excellent place to cool off the heat, and more hamacs suggested. Hotel has parking nearby. Overall short but very nice stay, and we will stay here again if we are back in Baeza."
"Good hotel in a lovely location up a hill through olive groves. Great terrace outside the bar with a view of the hills. Good restaurant with a decent choice of meals and wines.
The only downside is that while the staff were able to supply a password for the bar wi-fi, they didn't seem to know the password for the wi-fi networks covering the accommodation buildings (and my Spanish wasn't good enough to enquire further)."
"Loved the quaint town. The hotel room had details such as a small step for kids in the bathroom and comfortable beds for the kids. Staff was super welcoming."
"The buildings and rooms are a little tired, but the host is very welcoming. Great position in the city, little noisy because of this but quiet during the night.it’s very secure."

"Picked Jaen as a stop off during our motorbike tour and chose this hotel for its secure parking.
Could not have asked for more, central location, secure parking and everything walkable from the door."
"This is a beautiful hotel. It had a very historic feel and had the most beautiful lounge areas. Our standard bedroom was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was fine, just needs a bit of a small upgrade. The outdoor area is wonderful. So quiet and peaceful. Pacos Bar served some of the tastiest local food. Amazing.
The staff were so friendly. I cant fault them.
LOVED this hotel and Baeza.

"Unbelievable views from the property with an amazing swimming pool. probably the most tranquil place we have ever stayed. staff were friendly and professional "
"Lovely hotel and a good location
Friendly staff and the areas and room were clean and it was very quiet
The room was nice with aircon, the bathroom was spacious and had a lovely overhead shower but with only opaque glass separating it from the room, it may not be the choice with overly private couples….it wasn’t a problem for us but just wanted to put it out there
The parking is offsite about a 10 minute walk away which is a public under cover car park but they have a deal that you only pay their rates not the car park rates
We did have an issue in that the ticket they gave didn’t work so we ended up having to pay full price to get out of the car park but the hotel refunded us without any problem"
"The staff is not professional. The manager is cunning who tried to charge 100 pounds extra initially. The rooms were not as required at the time of booking. However, the rooms were clean and excellent condition. "
"Super nice boutique-style hotel near the city center. My wife and kid loved it. The staff was super-extra helpful and great. We really felt at home for the time we were there!
We loved it 🙏"
