"The Hotel is well located but there’s construction around it which causes lots of traffic to reach the hotel. Also there’s a nightclub on the street over facing the hotel and it’s very difficult to sleep , the music goes on until 5:00 am in the morning."

The room I stayed in was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained at all times, and had a spectacular view of Chapultepec Park. I would definitely return to this hotel on my future visits to Mexico City."

"The rooms were clean and well layed out. The bed had taken some getting adjusting too (bit hard). There was construction noise close to the hotel and you could hear it. The AC was a bit weird to use at first, but it cooled up the room. Friendly staff, eager to help. "

"Poor hygiene. Our bed hadn’t been changed. There were hairs everywhere, particularly when we pulled back the duvet. We complained. The lady changed the bedding but placed the disgusting bedding on top of my suitcase. I had to clean it myself afterwards. At breakfast we asked for tea a few times. The waitress ignored our request and chatted to staff. We booked a Junior Suite. The bathroom was tiny for a suite. This is more of a 2.5 star than 4 star as they advertise. I made a complaint asking for a refund but was offered an upgrade on my next stay. As if I’d ever think of staying here again. I’ve given two stars as the staff at the front of the hotel and the man making the eggs was very friendly and welcoming. Stay here if you like dirty bedding, poor service and a tiny bathroom."
