The resort is doing some renovations which is great, Nice to see it expand. But the surrounding area is still not up to par. The state needs to help with that. The person that checked me in was awesome!!! The line had a wait time of 30mins, but he made that time fly. He took care of at least 4 customers to ever other worker's 1 1/2. Ellis Island will still be my got to place to stay.

Very uncomfortable pillows and sink and slow were slow to drain. Pillows were my main quelm, everything else was clean and comfortable.

Staff are not too friendly. Bath tub does not drain water easily. Wash hand sink is awkwardly positioned inside the room instead of the bathroom. No house keeping. Internet is so slow. Bed bug in the room. My room was 3017. Checked in on 28th April. The TV is not working. I extremely much poor. The only good thing for me is the nice food at the BBQ restaurant in the Casino.

They were doing construction around it so it’ll be way better in the future price wise it was ok but off the strip you had to walk for the amount of time we stayed there it was good.

Long wait to check in, even though there were a few staff working on checking in. It takes long time for the water to refill for toilet. The location of light switch for bathroom is a bit awkward, would be good to be inside or right next to the bathroom. It is good that there are USB ports on both sides of the bed. It is inconvenient that the trash can is not right below/near the washbasin. In general the room is small for a kingbed room, so the design of location of things is not good.

We loved how convenient this was for everything we wanted to do in Vegas. We will stay here again! The Staff was friendly. The casino was small but fun. The Front Yard was awesome!

This hotel isn’t luxurious but provides everything you need. Easy check in, luggage hold, incredibly friendly and attentive staff, a clean room, clean bathroom, clean pillows, clean sheets, AC was working!! Love that this hotel doesn’t compromise quality for $. Will book again

if you’re looking for a budget hotel super close to the strip, this is a pretty good one. Room was clean and in good condition. TV didn’t work but we didn’t bother getting this resolved. Pillows are starting to get old and clumpy on the inside. Location is great though, and there’s a fridge in the room.

We spent just one night in this hotel and didn't have a chance to use any restaurants or any other facilities. The room was clean and suited our needs. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy. The hotel is located in a walkable distance to the Strip.

There are a lot of rough reviews on here. I thought it was really good value and great location. Staff were fine. Price was as advertised through Expedia and payed “resort fee” as advertised at check in. Had to pay $30 for early check in at noon that isn’t too painful. Simple pool and hot tub. Hot tub needs some sand at the bottom taken out. Front Yard bar is great, food good and big portions and head a great bartender. Will stay here again

Front staff are rude. They do not go out of their way in the slightest to provide any sort of hospitality service that I’ve experienced at every other hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Have to text them every day if you want your room cleaned and even then there was a day they cleaned but did not provide new towels. Actually removed one so we were left with one towel in the room for two people. Dodgy area. Increased Uber trips because it’s located farther behind the strip than you would expect from looking at the maps. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Staff was delightful and very accommodating. Even the security people were wonderful. Our room was clean, but a bit "tatty." The carpet was bunched up right where we walked in past the sink, by the foot of the bed, which caused me to stumble often. The armoire wouldn't close and the drawers were all mis-aligned.

Ellis Island is a wonderful option to stay near to the strip. Its just a 10 mins walk to the fountain. The place is clean and cost effective. And the food is great. I would love to stay there again.

The rooms are a little dated, but are clean and comfortable. Great casino and dining options. Not all the offers are advertised eg $9.99 steak which was fab. 😋 Pool is small and situated in the car park! But we always got a sun bed. Wi-Fi was not great until we asked at reception and they sorted it for us.

The property has a prime location, and our room was marked by cleanliness. However, our sleep was disrupted by incessant noise from outside the building, with constant chatter and music. Additionally, the sound of water running in the next room's shower was excessively loud, making rest nearly impossible. If uninterrupted sleep is a priority, reconsider staying at this hotel.

Yo estaba con un poco de desconfianza, pero me lleve una buena sorpresa, la habitación estaba limpia, el personal muy amable y sobre todo que me cobraron exactamente lo que me dijeron no como en otras partes que te inventan fees que ni al caso, solo estuvimos una noche pero supero nuestras expectativas.
