"Room was clean, but when i went in the shower, there was a small white towel full of hairs.hanging on the curtain rod. Guessing the cleaning staff missed it, beacuse it blended with the shower curtain. Staff was nice, enjoyed the slots. My 4 time staying at the Strat and its always a good vibe"

"Getting to the parking area was a little tricking. Weeks before my reservation I asked about oversized parking and was told there was a lot about a block away that I could park at (I needed 9ft of heigh clearance). The day we get there, they had closed the parking lot for a special event. So we talked to valet and they wanted $200 on top of the $40/night to park the truck in their VIP parking. When we explained the situation they said that the lot wasn't theirs it was another hotel but they do use it when its available. The lack of communication and knowledge of the area was very upsetting. Also there was no mini fridge in the unit either. Honestly for a strip hotel I was surprised at the lack of amenities."
