"The Sahara property itself is attractive and well maintained; however, my experience with the staff was disappointing. Despite the front desk team’s apparent efforts, both the check-in and check-out processes were unnecessarily complicated. I was also double-charged for the second portion of my stay.In addition, the pool attendants attempted to overcharge for daybeds by misrepresenting the minimum spend. Due to the multiple card authorizations and the front desk’s inability to resolve the billing issues, I am hesitant to stay here again. As it stands, I appear to be out $148 USD.
