"Fabulous stay, we had an accessible room which was well appointed with roll-under sinks, sliding doors and a shower chair. There are lifts throughout the building and a wheelchair lift to the parking area with a disabled bay. The staff were brilliant, really went the extra mile to make our stay lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel for all guests but especially those with mobility issues/wheelchair users. San Sebastian is also surprisingly accessible and flat. Brilliant all round!"

"This is a super little hotel beside the Cathedral, really short walk to the old town, the beach, the river, and the bus station! Really stylish and clean. Staff were friendly and efficient. We were given a welcome glass of cava and upgraded to a room with a balcony. We didn’t book the breakfast option, so not sure how good that is, but there is free water and soft drinks in the rooms. Lovely touches. "

"We found the location was excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable. Where the hotel fell short was not having coffee available in the lobby. We did use the parking garage. It was very tight and you had to use the same ramp to enter and exit which made for a stressful trip up and down. Of the 3 times we exited, the light which signaled for oncoming traffic did not come on 2 of those times. When the garage door opened there was another vehicle on the other side. "

"Stayed in one of the balcony rooms. Layout was very modern and quirky which we enjoyed. Bed very comfortable and bathroom area spacious. Quiet location and easy to walk to the old town or beach. Handy bars and cafes in the immediate area and a supermarket too. Staff were amazing and spoke excellent English in comparison with my bad Spanish! Only thing I didn’t like was the air freshener in the common areas which alas seems to be the norm these days. "
