"Nice sauna and pool area. Wish they had a jacuzzi. Excellent breakfast. Incredible front desk personnel. Especially Zoe! Had suite way too big. Still nice. Good location for spending time on the Royal mile. Price high for Edinburgh, but worth it. "

"Staff really nice , we had an accessible room for my wheelchair, bathroom good our only gripe was the lack of storage or shelves which I found just “annoying”. Great location just off the Royal Mile, perfect for exploring."

"we had breakfast on Sunday morning & it was delicious! Richard was especially friendly, courteous & proud to be a staff member. All staff were very attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here. Lovely bar for an evening cocktail. great location in city center. thank you for making our stay so comfortable. my partner enjoyed your workout room each morning, as well as the sauna!"

"Very good location for walking around. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the area. Staff was very helpful. The heat in our room would not turn off the first night. They ended up moving our room at approximately 1 AM. Very helpful with that."
