"No real outdoor space. No lobby area to sit. Breakfast was poor. Room was clean bed was comfortable. Basic place to stay for one night. Good location for shopping."

"The bed was soft but the property needs updating it’s a prefect location for overnite if your going to cruise the next day there some food eateries you can walk to on foot in under 5 minutes. The offer a shuttle pickup from the airport to the hotel free which was great. The staff was awesome and the breakfast was continental where you fix your own waffles, which was cool and the bar food we tried was good"

"Hotel was NOT what I expected based on reviews & photos. Looks and feels like a budget hotel. Looks ran down, not a well maintained property. Multiple power outages during the first night of my stay (ended up transferring to a much better hotel). Beach and pool area are just OK, not nearly as nice as expected. Front desk NEVER answers the phone, placed multiple calls not once were they answered. Phone did not function in the room so I was unable to order room service. Food at Wreck Bar restaurant was pretty good, and the ‘mermaid’ swimming next to the bar was a cute feature. Overall I would NOT recommend this hotel."

"Very large room & clean. Staff was very friendly & nice. The lobby seemed a little small for how busy the were but that’s my only concern."

"Although the hotel was fantastic, there was a cheerleading competition held there the same weekend we were and it was inundated with screaming children that were unattended. The hotel staff worked as hard as they possibly could to manage this, but we could not use the amenities because of the amount of kids that were there . It was very odd to have Uber. Lyft or taxi arrivals go to the side door opposed to the main door."
