"The staff at check in were welcoming and very helpful. The room was very well appointed, rooms spacious and very comfortable bed! Breakfast was delightful! Only reason for 4 rather than 5 star is the very disappointing dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. "

"Good size, updated room with air conditioning. This hotel was the first one we’ve had on this trip that had an outlet in the bathroom for curling wand. Breakfast was good with large variety. Hotel was a little difficult to locate as you can drive in a pedestrian zone to get to it for easy unloading/loading. Code is needed in later day to access pedestrian zone. The sign for hotel was quite small with small lettering. A member of our group had to walk around the area to find it while we waited in our car in the very busy pedestrian zone. Parking garage easily accessible down a few blocks from hotel. "

"This was a very clean and well presented hotel. Check in was easy and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is in an easy 10 minute walking distance of the city centre. The breakfast was very good with a good variety of options and as it is on the 15 floor you have a tremendous view of the whole city. I would highly recommend this hotel. "
