"I had such a nice stay! While family was at Fachklinik Dr. Herzog, I stayed here, only a few minutes walking distance. "The place looked modern and catered to all my needs as a solo traveler. My room was clean and held a nice temperature while I was there in the summer. The staff was nice, and the place is really close to the train station. Is within walking distance of many places you would want to visit."

"Outdated decor. Rooms not cleaned. Dead flies, bathroom spiders web in the corner. Curtains not clean. Breakfast basic. No member of staff able to speak english. Lucky for me my daughter can speak basic German. Kitchen in suit has no cutlery, pans, cups or glasses. For some reason there was no rubbish bin provided."

"We had a lovely 1 night stay with our 2 dogs. This hotel is very dog friendly and we could even bring our pointers with us into their restaurant when we had dinner. The staff was super friendly and the food amazing:) The only little thing I would have liked to have been informed about when booking our room, was that if we wanted to use the jacuzzi (that was the major reason we booked this hotel) we should have booked it so they could have had the chance to fill it with water and heat it up.
