"We had a lovely 1 night stay with our 2 dogs. This hotel is very dog friendly and we could even bring our pointers with us into their restaurant when we had dinner. The staff was super friendly and the food amazing:) The only little thing I would have liked to have been informed about when booking our room, was that if we wanted to use the jacuzzi (that was the major reason we booked this hotel) we should have booked it so they could have had the chance to fill it with water and heat it up. "The front door was hard to open. Didn't have a code and used credit card to swipe. Swipe reader didn't work properly, had to stand in the dark for quite a while to get in. Other than that it was a fantastic experience, very clean and comfortable. Washer, dryer and bicycle usage is convenient and you can walk to city center. Will definitely visit again."

"Outdated decor. Rooms not cleaned. Dead flies, bathroom spiders web in the corner. Curtains not clean. Breakfast basic. No member of staff able to speak english. Lucky for me my daughter can speak basic German. Kitchen in suit has no cutlery, pans, cups or glasses. For some reason there was no rubbish bin provided."
