Stuff. with excellent. The rooms were okay. Only problem. head was a few snakes outside the door. Have stayed here before. And it's an OK place to stay close to the mineral tubs. And With? in walking distance to everything That Lava. has to offer. I would like to say again. The staff is really pleasant and nice. Just don't plan on checking in early.

The bathroom had been remodeled and was good. My main issue was the carpet. I was old and crusty feeling and is probably 50 years old. The room would be quite satidfactory with a new hard surface floor.

Extremely close to the hot springs. With in walking distance of almost everthing. Room had a new mattress, which was comfortable. The room was quite run down, old carpets, cracked window, cracked walls, and next to no outlets to charge a phone.

Not luxurious by any means but quite, charming and across the street from the hot pools. Easy stroll to all of main streets shops and restaurants. TV didn't work 😕 and bed could be replaced to add some comfort oh yeah the toilet never stopped running either 😆

Effie is wonderful and always makes our stay enjoyable. We have been staying here for years. The property is in dire need of updating, new bedding and fixtures would go along way.

The Hotel is a nice place. Only issue was parking, there is not enough, even street parking was a no go. Ended up parking in the Hot springs parking lot next door. Lucky they did not tow me, as I did not see the tow away sign until the next morning.

Very run down for the price. Even though the room said pet friendly when booking, when we got there they forced us to upgrade because they had given our pet friendly room away. We had to pay upgrade fee and pet fee.

It was very outdated. Only 2 outlets in the entire room, one is in the light fixture in the bathroom light. TV, fridge, coffee maker and an air freshener were plugged into the other outlet. Remote batteries were dead. Jets in the tub did not work, bottom of door was beat up and all the cold air came in, furniture scratched and beat up. For $175 a night, I would have expected a little more.

I love this motels proximity to the hot springs and the king bed is always nice. That being said, this motel feels pretty cheap. The walls are thin, the bathroom fan, heater remote, and nightstand light did not work. We had to clip the curtains together to get them to stay closed all the way. Also, the toilet seat was way smaller than the toilet despite it appearing like they just redid their bathroom. Overall I thought it was a good location and a decent stay for a motel, but not worth the price for what you get. Maybe stay at a more updated location for this price point.

The bed was very comfortable. It was older and run down. Could use some work New carpet, or even better flooring.. and paint. The worst part was not enough parking. We arrived late in the evening and had to park up the street in a dark parking lot. I guess you get what you pay for!

Toilet was running when I got to the room. The flap in the tank had been repaired with a paper clip. I had to put a glass of water on the flap for the tank to fill. I reported it to the front desk but no one fixed it

Room was clean and neat. Perfect for 2. My only issue was going back to the hotel after visiting the hot springs and I wanted to take a shower. While i was in the shower the water turned ice cold after 5 minutes of being on , in the middle of my hair and body filled with soap. Very annoying!
