"Great location and clean room. Struggled to contact the office in advance of our arrival, even though they emailed us. Found this frustrating."

"It was great to have a mini-kitchen, but we needed instructions on how to use the conduction stove, and no one was at the desk. We had to wait until the next day. An instruction sheet would have helped a lot. The street was an ordinary one, but it was uncomfortable having guys congregate out in front of the hotel gate. Some bright lights there would help make us feel safer. Nice and clean inside, but garbage from the street blowing into the courtyard. Great location so near the train station. ...

"We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s steps away from Spagna station and the Spanish steps as well as shopping and local dining options. The hotel itself was clean and the bathroom was very spacious. They have a few rooms in the building that’s listed and another property just around the corner which is where we stayed but I preferred this one better. No concierge or receptionist but when I called, the receptionist came pretty quickly to check us in. Both buildings have elevators too. Highly...

"Should we ever return back to Rome, i will book this hotel in an instant! The staff was wonderful. We felt so comfortable with them. We were also happy they spoke not only English but Spanish as well. I highly recommend this hotel. Ciao"

"The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to be in the center and close to the sightseeings. The rooms are a bit smaller than shown on picture, but overall nice and clean and very friendly stuff. "

"Very comfortable room and felt secure. Hotel was quiet. Contactless check in was slightly confusing but worked well enough and was decently secure but relies on other people to close doors behind them and to take the appropriate key for their room. Shower was great! Room had lots of amenities/snacks/drinks which was very nice. "

"Location was key for us. Very short walks to major sites of interest. However, Monica was exceptional! She helped us with our luggage, climbing one flight of stairs, providing detailed sight seeing, restaurants and taxi service assistance. She made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. The room is fairly small and kept nicely. A quaint Breakfast provided was much appreciated. We would stay here again for sure. "

"The hotel didn't have the best appearance when entering but that didn't bother us since it was so cheap so we had already decided that all we wanted was somewhere to sleep. The manager/receptionist was pleasant and polite. The room was clean and our beds made/ room cleaned every day which was way more than we expected at this price. "Bed was very comfy and a great location. The only issue was the very very loud construction that started at 8am-6pm every day! Even a Saturday!! If you want a slow morning this is not the place to stay"

"It is a good place to stay, the staff is very friendly. It is very close to the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, it is also close to many good places for lunch and dinner.
