"This place is a bit further out from Pisa, but we still had a really nice stay and made the most of it. It’s great value for money, which was a big plus.
The hotel itself is a little old-fashioned, but honestly, the staff more than made up for it—they were super friendly and welcoming the whole time. The restaurant was also a highlight, with really tasty food that we enjoyed a lot.
It’s a good spot if you’ve got a car and want to explore the nearby villages and surrounding area."

"Great location to Prato train station. Easy access to bars & nightlife. Had a washer& dryer which was a big bonus. Very clean & beds were very comfortable. Host was extremely easy to reach & resolved an elevator issue very quickly which was most appreciated! Would def stay there again! Apartment was bright, modern and in such a charming area. "

"Great location between Florence and Pisa. Also only a 5 minute walk to the train station that will take you to both cities. Great place to stay if looking for something quite and away from the crowds."

"We stayed for one night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, with an easy walk into the historic centre while still being in a quieter area. Parking was simple and convenient, which was a big plus. Our room had a balcony that we enjoyed, the air conditioning worked exceptionally well, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Lucca."

"A very nice experience in a lovely town. The hostess was very accomadating. She let us arrive earlier than expected and was very informative for parking. Despite it was a Saturday and a holiday it was very quiet for a good nights sleep. Coffee at breakast was some of the best around."

"Hi All,
We loved our stay at NilHotel Florence.
Normally when I travel I cannot sleep on bed as most of the time mattress are too soft and does not support my back. But at NilHotel the mattresses were firm and supportive to the whole body which helped me sleep much better and I was able to enjoy Florence better.
The Proprty and room is very cleaner and staff is very friendly.
The breakfast was amazing and there was something for adults and kids alike. I really enjoyed eating all the different cheeses, and croissants they had in the breakfast.
Only thing missing in the room was the iron which I am sure if we had asked they would make arrangements. Something you can ask before making reservation with them, so you are prepared."
"Staff members were not friendly. Upon entering the hotel you have to walk down 5 steps before reaching the reception area. No one to greet you or offer to help you with your luggage. So you struggle to bring luggage down the stairs. They seem to ignore you until you reach the reception. Once you reach the reception area no one was eager assist you. I stayed 3 nights. On our 1st night we ordered room service. Ordered pizza, tuna salad, soup and lasagna. Only one item had a cover over it. The soup had a cover but the Soup was cold and salad consisting of the bitter pieces of iceberg lettuce. Pizza was cold lasagna was too. While staying there I was asked why I gave a poor rating. I explained why as I have here and they were more concerned with my opinion of the condition of the room and the hotel."
"Great place for a quick stay when heading out the next day on our flight home.
Couple restaurants within walking distance. Rooms quiet, clean, basic.
We appreciated getting into our room early as we were weary from travelling.
The setup for an early morning taxi was also appreciated. Would recommend without hesitation."
"We got the room for handicap so there was no glass shower door in bathroom and it caused problems after showered. AC working great and room was clean and spacious- there were no microwave in common areas. Hairdryer was in front desk if you need to borrow one. Overall was good."
"Amazing Hotel. The staff very helpful. The restaurant extremely good and the food! The Fron desk personnel incredibly helpful. We suffered, with other arrangements, a total disaster but this hotel saved the trip to Florence. They parking available for customers at no additional cost. Great find!"
"Our room did not have a smart TV and many of the channels were not working. I was told we didn’t pay for a room with a smart TV and nothing could be done about our non working channels. I fixed the TV myself using ChatGBT."
"The hotel building looks good but inside room was just a little out dated. Room size was good enough for three but even the room was smoke free but smelled the cigarette. Free parking spots are very limited and had to use $8 per night paid hotel garage."
