"This was a stunning castle to stay in. The frescoed ceilings were gorgeous. Loved every minute that we were there. The staff were wonderful. The only thing i would recommend is to add a vending machine and maybe to offer pastries in thr morning. "

"The Toscana village is great - so relaxing. The long stay owners are very friendly and helpful, as are the staff. The onsite bar/restaurant is good, as is the pool. There is a local town in easy walking distance with many old buildings, nice bars, and places to eat. On Saturdays there is a food market, so you can stock up on salads, fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses, etc. We can't wait to go back."

"Sehr gute Kommunikation per WhatsApp App, alles super funktioniert. Auch die Anmeldung unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Super Aussicht und Pool. Man fährt einen Schotterweg ca. 2 km lang, mit den meisten Autos gut erreichbar. Wohnung ist typisch toskanisch und hat alles nötige drin. "

"A lovely stay at this property with our 2 year old.The apartment had everything we needed and communication with the host was very good There are steep hills to access the property by car or foot so bear that in mind but we managed fine with a pram and a car its just worth noting Handy to have laundry facilities on site aswell. "Staff was awesome! Rooms were clean. I was a bit stressed when the hotel sent me a message through Expedia but their email is blanked out with the app. There was someone at the hotel upon my afternoon arrival who sent me a code through WhatsApp to access the room. We were here the night before an early flight and the airport shuttle was prompt and courteous. We even had dinner and drinks that I would recommend on the hotel patio. "

"Amazing place. Only 10 min car drive from Porta Romana but far away from city noise. Huge property on a hill with beautiful views of the valleys and olive orchards. Ideal place to relax and enjoy Tuscan sun by a beautiful pool. Great breakfast buffet and restaurant. "

"Hotel Cosmopolitan was a perfect choice for my stay in Florence. Hotel was within walking distance to the Florence airport and that was very convenient for me. Staff was wonderful! Room was beautiful, quiet and comfortable. Was able to take my time with an extremely nice breakfast the morning I departed. Will definitely stay with them again! Thank you Hotel Cosmopolitan!"
