Great breakfast. The staffs are always on top making sure the trays are always filled. Clean room however we booked for 3 people and the staff seems did not check how many people checked in, always replacing towels onlu for 2 people so we ended up having to request for extra towels every day which was annoying.

La piscine est affichée comme ouverte jusqu'à fin septembre sur le site de l'hôtel. Ce n'est pourtant pas le cas. D'autres hôtel des environs ont toujours leur piscine ouverte le dernier week-end de septembre. Pas de système Chromecast sur la télévision ni services de streaming. Le petit déjeuner est bien mais le personnel un peu débordé. Le temps d'attente pour un snack à 14h est très long.

We really enjoyed the rooftop bar, the convenient location, and the friendly front desk staff. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. The toilet ran constantly, and the shower had a broken seal at the bottom of the glass, which caused water to flood the floor—we had to use most of our towels to soak it up. Maintenance did come by and was able to fix the toilet, but the shower issue remained unresolved.

Would recommend this hotel for its convenience, it was a 15 minute walk to the train station and right along the river. It was also a 15 minute driver from the airport and walkable to all major attractions in Florence. The room itself was pretty standard, nothing out of the ordinary but we did enjoy the breakfast buffet in the morning. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it was nice knowing there was one available if we needed it. For the price, I think this hotel was worth it.

We stayed here for 2 nights, and while the hotel had some positives, unfortunately the room setup made the stay uncomfortable. The biggest issue was the bed — you could feel the springs all over, and every time someone turned, it squeaked loudly, enough to wake the partner. The sofa bed wasn’t much better; the mattress was extremely thin, and if you sat near the edge, it felt like you could fall in. The bathroom looked nice and clean, but the shower setup was odd. There was a faucet positioned right in the middle of the tub, directly where you stand to use the shower, which made it awkward to use. On the positive side, the hotel itself was clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. Overall, while the service and cleanliness were good, the poor bed quality and strange bathroom design really affected our comfort.

Long hair (not mine or my partner’s) left on the wall in the bathroom. Wanted to get food on night, no space in the restaurant but staff told us to go outside the hotel and find somewhere to eat rather than arranging food to come to our room. Good AC in the rooms Some of the staff were kind and welcoming like at the breakfast and the check in but the staff at the pool restaurant/bar was unhelpful and unkind. Pool tiles frustrating only open 10:30am-18.00 so you can’t use the pool early morning or in the evening after a day out sight seeing. Rather disappointing-could be better!

Great location and very convenient to get to the centre, to the restaurants, museums and rail station and airport. About 20 mins drive from the airport, 15mins walk to the main rail station or 20mins walk along the river to the OLD Bridge. Great view if you are walking along the river. Also great customer service by all the staff. Although the swimming pool is on the small size but the view of the city from the roof top made up for it. I would recommend this hotel if you are going to Florence for a short stay.
