"We got the room for handicap so there was no glass shower door in bathroom and it caused problems after showered. AC working great and room was clean and spacious- there were no microwave in common areas. Hairdryer was in front desk if you need to borrow one. Overall was good."

"Amazing Hotel. The staff very helpful. The restaurant extremely good and the food! The Fron desk personnel incredibly helpful. We suffered, with other arrangements, a total disaster but this hotel saved the trip to Florence. They parking available for customers at no additional cost. Great find!"
