Beautiful property stunning pool and roof top chill area, however slightly further out from cannes than originally planned and buses were slightly unreliable

Lift full of dirty blankets. Room with scarce cleanliness, Air conditioner with alarm " filters to be maintened". At check in I've asked to add 2 adult breakfast. Once seen the invoice I saw that they added kid breakfast...when i' ve reported that the hotel itself had informed me that 2y old child has breakfast for free, the receptionist refused to let us have the breakfast. Unacceptable behaviour. Avoid this structure

Je trouve dommage que cet hôtel prooose un parking très étroit. Alors il n’y a personne le problème de ne se pose pas. Comme cette fois ci. Mais une fois j’ai abîmé ma voiture car je trouve le parking mal fait. Pas d’éclairage dans le garage étant une femme je ne trouve pas cela très sécurisant j’ai dû utiliser mon portable pour l’éclairer. Je trouve qu’il manque un peu d’organisation on m’a donné une chambre qui n’avait pas été faite. On m’a donné une autre chambre dans la foulée. Le personnel est très bien !

Très bonne hôtel confortable qualitative + que raisonnable , chambre spacieuse et SDB remis à neuf ( merci our l’eau chaude). Le prix est très raisonnable. Merci pour l’accueil et les services proposés.

Bonjour, je ne pense pas retourner dans cet hôtel pour les raisons suivantes, - prévoir le parking payant (6 places gratuites, publique) - j'ai eu une chambre communicante donc bouillante selon le voisin (se que j'ai eu) - équipement sanitaire étonnant (lave mains dans la SdB et lavabo dans les toilettes !!!) - propreté relative - Mobilier dégradé
