"We had a wonderful stay at Camere Hostellerie HIBOU. The rooms are wonderfully cozy and clean. The host Davide is kind and very helpful - he suggested some gorgeous hikes in the area and told us about an ongoing local festival. The breakfast was delicious and fueled us for the day. Additionally, the location is walking distance to everywhere in town and the local free bus. Would absolutely stay here again."

"La struttura è molto carina , pulita. Bagno grande e asciugacapelli top neanche nel 5 stelle lusso lo trovo cosi. Unico neo le camere non sono insonorizzate e si sentivano tutti i rumori della stanze adiacenti... sopratutto il bambino che piangeva."

"This hotel offers virtually no service. While bed linens are provided, guests are expected to make the beds themselves and even strip them before leaving. You’re also required to thoroughly clean the room upon departure, or an extra charge will apply. Basic essentials like toilet paper and soap were either missing or insufficient. Overall, it does not offer good value for the price. Not recommending it!"

"Clean, efficient design, had everything we needed and the one bedroom apartment fit us all 5 comfortably. Location was perfect and within walking distance to the city center and major attractions. Staff was very friendly. Discovered a gem and will certainly stay there again!"

"Indoor/outdoor pool looked nice, but only open 10 am to 7 pm, so we missed it. Everything else was great. Very nice team who held our luggage both before checkin and after check out."

"Good value for money, perfect position on the slopes. Apartment block a bit noisy and the double bed consisted of 2 single matress. Reception good and communicative but the restaurant offer very little chooise and not great"

"Feines, ganz neu eröffnetes Aparthotel im wunderschönen Ort Courmayeur.
Großzügig gestaltete Zimmer, die keine Wünsche offen lassen. Ob komplett eingerichtete Küchenzeile oder Waschmaschine- alles wurde perfekt ausgestattet. Sobald dort alles fertig ist- Bar etc. wird es sicherlich noch schöner! "

"I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. Additionally, I paid extra for the sheet set, only to find it stained, as if it had never been washed. Communication with the owner was also terrible. Please, DO NOT TAKE...

"The hotel worked great for two older guy friends skiing for a week. The thumbs up go to the excellent location, good clean rooms (very clean), helpful staff and convenience of an attached ski shop. The buffet breakfast was OK, but nothing to write home about. If you really care about a pool, sauna or hot tub this isn't the best choice. The spa area is small, and includes a steam room, pool and a two person home style hot tub with luke warm water. You have to book time to visit the spa area in advance because of its small size. Again, the hotel worked really well for us and we liked it, but had the spa area been better we would have been much happier. I suggest they dump the hot tub and install in a sauna. That would turn a negative into a positive even if it's a relatively small sauna. Just a thought as we do like the hotel, and it's only needing the spa to be upgraded to be much better."
"Perfect location to the ski busses and the city center (lots of shops and restaurants), ski rental shop in the hotel, great coffee station (complementary). Nice bar with lots of gathering spaces and comfy chairs. We did not choose the breakfast buffet, but our travel companions said it was great. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant twice, food was amazing and reasonably priced. Spa area has a swimming pool, hot tub, wet and dry sauna, ice room and a quiet area with swinging chairs by the fire. All included and free to use between 10am and 9pm. No kids after 3pm. Great experience, we’ll be back. No need to look for another hotel"
"In case you are looking for a ski resort that allows you to access in front of your door - this is it. Also great for families. Lots of international tourists, and offerings, thus, not very authentic French experience. Rather dated, and bit noisy. "
"After requesting a quite room at time of booking we originally were located in no such room - friendly reception staff accommodated us but at our expense as they only had quite superior rooms. Which we paid the extra for. However do not be fooled by the name superior it was simply large. The furnishings were not what you would expect for a 4star - equally the toiletries were basic. That said the rooms was clean and the bed linen acceptable. "
"A lovely hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms, clean and the wellness centre was beautiful. Great location, lots of things to do within walking distance. "
"Overall, we were a little bit disappointed with our stay at L’Arveyron. When we first got there, the staff was very nice and helpful which was great, but before we walked into our room they mentioned they were having a "barbecue" outside that night. Our room was right above reception and rather than a barbecue it was more of a massive party outside and in the libby of the hotel with a DJ and karaoke. We were happy to put up with people having a good time, but once it got to midnight and we were prepared to wake up at 6am to ski the next morning we were very annoyed that we weren't informed of how loud it would be. Neither of us slept the first night we were there and we even used noise canceling headphones to try to tune it out and nothing helped. We understand that the spot is not advertised as quiet, but we were definitely falsely told about the plans for the evening. The room itself was pretty nice for the most part, but the shower has a lot of mold on the shower head, and also on the bottom of the door there was a bunch. Location wise we enjoyed the spot, but overall if we were to come back to Chamonix again, I would choose this as the last place I would want to stay. "
