The Hotel is situated in the centre of lower part of town so easy to walk to shops, climbing centre and close to bus routes. The rooms are clean and comfortable and staff very attentive and kind. I would recommend this hotel for families. "Everything was so clean so nice and the staff was super sweet! Perfect stay for part one of our Honeymoon :) Thank you Tony for all your help and super sweet service! We loved every bit of our stay."
"Terrible experience all around, we arrived late due to the airlines. No one was there, rang the bell several times. No one came, called the number, a guy answered, he said two minutes, waited ten minutes, no one came, called again, this time a woman answered, she said two minutes, waited another ten minutes, still nothing, called again, this time she gave us a code to get in the door and directed us to keys hanging on the wall via phone. VERY poor service "
"Ok hotel. Very good location."
"clean, well maintained, but no aircon during summer months, a bit too hot, has a fan though"
