"The staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms were spacious but had no USB connectors and very few outlets and were hard to reach. Hotel is a bit outdated but there is nothing else that compares in the area. Spa with sauna and steam and huge pool is wonderful. Very strange bar area in red and black sort of a shame it is not in keeping with the rest of the hotel. Hotel is in a perfect area for shopping and exploring. "The hotel is ideal for the station and exploring the old town or Rouen. Our party was on the 1st and 2nd floors and we experienced no noise. The rooms are on the small side but have all you need for a couple of nights-the bathrooms are surprisingly large. Our rooms had a modern stylist decor. We opted for the express breakfast for 10euros which was all we needed of a morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Value for money."
