"We stayed at Novotel Paris Centre Tower Eiffel in 2016 and 10years later, our experience in 2026 is just as amazing! To start, La Tour Eiffel is visible from its front entrance. The staff were welcoming, respectful and very helpful. The yummy crepes & treats mid-day were a great surprise and the kids loved it. Reception was always helpful and ready to answer questions. Housekeeping kept our room clean, towel refreshed everyday! I honestly cannot find one bad thing to say. My special mention will have to be John in the left baggage area. John was helpful & friendly. We especially loved that he took the time to speak to the kids in French and get to know them. Novotel is lucky to have employees like John who truly care for the guests! We cannot wait to come back to Novotel Paris Centre Eiffel Tower."
