"The checkin was easy and smooth. The apartment was outstanding and had plenty of glasses, dishes and plates for multiple meals. The combo washing machine/dryer was awesome to have. The only issue was the reservations needed for the sauna area from 5-8 which we missed out on. "

"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They...
