"La seule chose négative est que la porte de notre chambre etait barrée à notre retour de déjeuner au restaurant de l hôtel . Le service etait un peu lent et c’est bien normal… il faut dire qu’il etait 11:02 donc seulement deux minutes après l’heure prevu du Check out. Une petite extension serait apprécié pour éviter le désagrément causé par cet situation. Merci"

"Besoin beacoup d'amour. je ne comprends pas que cet hotel à une moyenne de 7 sur Expedia. Les photos ne sont pas à jour. Chambres avec aucun système de ventilation fonctionnel. Tous les boutons de lumières cassés. Doit débrancher du mur pour éteindre. Rouille dans le bain. Le lobby et le service est négligé. Planché collant. Superviseur qui réprimande un employé devant les clients. Dommage, un endroit qui a déjà connu de bonnes années."

"} I was not satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The staff were very kind, polite, and helpful, but unfortunately the hotel facilities were extremely poor. There was no coffee machine in the room, and even basic amenities were missing. Every time we wanted coffee or water, we had to go downstairs and ask for it. The hallway was very long, which made it even more inconvenient. The breakfast was advertised, but it was below average and very disappointing. There was not even bottled water available in the room or fridge. When we asked for water, we were told it was only available for premium members, which was very surprising. The room was not cleaned properly, and even hand soap was missing in the bathroom. The ventilation system was also poor. Overall, although the staff were kind and welcoming, the hotel itself did not meet basic expectations. The facilities were far below standard."

"The room was okay carpet very dirty , ripping by the door, some electrical plugs have shorted do mot work the staff terrible, especially the night clerk she was rude and very racists, very noticeable as we are not Caucasian see hiw see dealt with other Caucasian people do not recommend and no value for your money, lots off lipstick to make it look good but still very dirty."
