"The room was clean and appeared to be renovated in the last while. Location is great for people coming to see the spring bird migration at Point Pelee. Coffee was free but not good. The staff were great. "

"A SUPER PRICE. I have stayed here three times in the last year. The rooms are clean and roomy. The television is small but works well . The breakfast is continental but decent when you are in a hurry. The location is fantastic . Restaurant (s) are a walk across a driveway. The staff is knowledgeable and caring and efficient.the pillows are a little flat but who can ever meet the diversity of peoples needs when it comes to pillows. Over all a super place to rest while in Windsor."

"Convenient location. Easy check in. Staff lives on site and was very helpful. Historic building nicely restored. High ceilings in all rooms. Tiled en suite shower and toilet. Good water pressure. Sink in bedroom. One side table (two would have been nice) next to king bed, chest of drawers. Modern shared kitchen with original pine floors, large fridge and large freezer, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig coffee machine, etc. Large dining room and two sitting rooms with large-screen TV."

"Parking was plentiful and easy. The plug in required charging with a charging company card, one more app. Our room was comfortable and clean. All good!"

"Parking available in front of rented room. The bed linen and towels were clean, but the bed was average in comfort. There is a small fridge available. Hot water for shower, but only thin smaller towels available. No hair dryer and the smallest container of hair shampoo. No bedside light for reading. The floor was swept, but not into the corners. Simple, basic- strictly to have a room to sleep in. "
