Charming hotel full of character features, restaurant and bar area and nice. On-site parking is limited with its entrance being quite narrow.

Quite pricey, but plenty of character in a town full of historic buildings. Public areas can be lively, but bedrooms arequiet and well appointed.

We enjoyed our Easter weekend at The Feathers in Ledbury, and had a lovely cosy large room and are planning another weekend away there later in the year.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and the room was gorgeous! The Classic fm was a very nice touch too. Very impressive menu :)

The check in was very good Liam very polite and very helpful and cheerful. Did not like bright lights at front Hotel from room curtains let in light and lots of dust at the back of the bed.

Very nice room. They bought out mushrooms with one of the dishes when we had specifically requested no mushrooms which was disappointing.

My son and I had to attend Ledbury for a family funeral and several of my relatives were also booked here so it was very convenient for our experience and wonderful surroundings

Nobody on reception when we arrived. Tried phoning reception several times from room but no answer. Room not like website photos. Different furniture, not as nice. Also very noisy resulting in a poor nights sleep due to hotel function playing loud music until very late. Radiators do not seem to be working properly, instead oil heaters provided which would be insufficient if very cold. Advertised as deluxe, perhaps it was 10 years ago.

Lovely hotel, staff great, but room was just too hot, or too cold. Didnt sleep well at all. Regarding restaurant my husband and i were stayithete with another couple. Our food was delicious, hot and fresh, theirs unfortunately was not. The filleted plaice had lots of big bones in it, his burger was tough it was cooked so much...such a shame. So i would give 3.5 but i dont know how to.

The bed was so incredibly uncomfortable…. It appeared to be on a slope so our feet were very slightly raised. Also the heat was unbearable no air condition in our room and we were only provided with a tiniest desk fan which did nothing. Horrible nights sleep meaning we left super early in the morning.

We spent one night in the Feathers in a standard room. The room and ensuite were great and the toiletries provided were lovely. Our room was very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly too. Our only negatives were the bed pillows were too firm, I found them very uncomfortable and if I stayed again, would take a feather pillow with me. Also, the hotel doesn't accept cash. You can only pay with cards.

Fabulous hotel
I stayed with my husband for two nights last weekend and we had a truly lovely weekend. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful, the food and drinks were delicious and plentiful and the room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We will definitely return and soon!

Helpful and friendly staff. Well kept rooms and overall ambience good. Nice sized bedrooms, although gold and ornate grandeur, and cheap, square MFI-type cupboards don't mix very well. Bedroom photos and actuality don't square up, although this is picky for nice overall . Great location for both high street and Malverns countryside.

This is probably the most exquisite boutique hotel I’ve stayed in . It’s old character and charm was everywhere , along with lots of history to read around the hotel . Flawless . Would def book again and recommend . :-)
