"Clean room "

"Check in was ok except I was told the shuttle ran every half hour. I booked a wake up call in the am which was missed by the morning staff ,therefore missed the shuttle on the half hour. No big deal as I had my own alarm set and was only 15 minutes behind. When I came down to the lobby I was told shuttles had to be booked in advance, I had missed the one I was supposed to take and had to take a taxi which was an unexpected expense out of my own pocket. Plus they charged me to park my car during my vacation which you are not told until after. I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"Stale bagels. Dirty room. Just wanted a place to sleep for the night and fireplace kept buzzing when it turned on to heat the room. 80’s hotel stuck in the 80’s. Cheap was the only advantage, you get what you pay for i suppose. "

"Rooms are outdated but very clean, staff was friendly, beds were super comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t that great but it was eatable. "

"Beds did NOT have clean sheets on them at all. Sheets were badly stained and you could visibly tell that someone had been sleeping in the bed. Front staff said it was clean sheets but laundry doesnt always get stains out. NEVER have I see this condition on bedding at a hotel. Sheets were in VERY poor condition and disarray. Management only brought a clean sheet to the door and said that should fix our problem. So now they expected us to make our own bed ? We left and demanded money back. Expedia was great at addressing our concern and was able to get us our refund. I do not suggest for anyone to stay at this hotel as the staff dont seem to care about sanatation or any kind of standards. Very poor ! They need to do better. I will be posting pictures that I took on hotels wedsite to make others aware."

"The room was clean, hotel was quiet, and staff friendly and helpful."

"The carpet in the hallway and room were very worn out. The breakfast didn’t have many choices. The hotel felt old and needs some renovations. The paint on the bathroom door was worn off. The pillows were old and flat and the bed was very uncomfortable. "

"Shower head to clogged up had zero water pressure. Walls in room beat up and dirty, pool area dirty no towels, jets not working in hot tub, hot tub water was super dirty and had lots of hair and stuff floating in it. free breakfast had gone down hill. Staff is nice. Bar had karaoke and had an amazing waitress. Prices keep going up for this property but the conditions are getting worse. Sad as this used to be one of our go to places for flying out of Edmonton. "

"The staff were excellent but the property is a little tired in certain areas hallways, elevators. But nothing serious. The room was very nice and room service was excellent. Food was very good"
