"We stayed for a night for a birthday celebration. On arrival, the receptionist had informed us that we received a free upgrade on our room! The room was lovely. Lovely decor, felt cosy and very comfortable. The fridge had milk in for our use and a couple of breakfast bits which were complimentary. The reception staff also informed us that we could get free bread & eggs to make in our room for breakfast, we just needed to help ourselves. The bed was also very comfortable. Location wise, it was approx a 10 minute walk directly into the centre. We didn’t manage to use the hotel car park due to being fully booked but Q park was a 5 minute walk away. To conclude, our stay was lovely. We were so happy with everything. The room and location was perfect for us. We would definitely recommend booking especially if you want to stay somewhere that feels a little bit fancy. "
