Q - Hotels, Leeds hotels

"Air conditioning not working, toilet leaking, only 1 lift. Complained to reception who advised they couldn't help either contact Head Office or Hotel.com. apparently not the actual hotels problem!!!!!!"

"Front staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome. Seems like all the effort has been spent on the reception area as our room was in desperate need of updating. Curtains were filthy, old carpets etc. decent night sleep though! "

"Room was clean and adequate for 1 night stay. Bed comfortable and large even though expecting only a double. Pillows extremely firm as over filled - would have been nice to have 1 firm and 1 soft. Bathroom clean; however shower cubicle extremely small. I m glad we are not of a large size. The grouting needed a good clean. An impressive building with some lovely areas; however the old rugs on the floor are extremely tired- looking! A rather tired look throughout the hotel. Staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful."

"The hotel was good and the staff were helpful. The free coffee was an added bonus after being out at a concert and was being used by lots of people. Location was perfect. The hotel was let down by the size of the bathroom. It was ridiculously cramped, especially the toilet area. Also, the sink took ages for the water to drain and there were no hand towels. For one night it was OK but wouldn’t stay longer for this reason."

"The hotel overall was nice. The lady who checked me in was really friendly. Overall everything seemed clean except for the stains on the carpet in my room. I did notice the traffic outside but it didn’t keep me awake. The bed was comfy. There was a fridge available in the room and, if you needed it, an ironing board and a hairdryer."
