Comfortable & friendly

We received a very friendly welcome and the room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was large and tasty. Just be aware that the pub is understandably noisy while it is open, so it may not suit someone who is looking for an early night!

Lovely, polite staff

Lovely and polite service. Amazing breakfast. No dinner available so needs to be a walk and check opening times of the restaurants as during my visit a lot were closed! Take ear plugs as the music from the pub can be quite loud if you want an early night. Bathroom was very small but was fine for my use during my stay.

Clean But ...

The Halfway house was clean and warm and staff very helpful and nice. The only down side was my room was above the pub and i could hear music etc till the pub closed. Even with ear plugs you could not sleep. sorry every thing else was good.

Good place to stay decent breakfast

Good place to stay , very good breakfast . Room is great . Bed a bit soft and bathroom small . Not many spaces to park your car . Booked again for later this month
