I would like to see more relevant, engaging and lively entertainment that gives a rich lively experience. Night entertainment was poor, unfortunately. Hopefully this changes in the near future. "I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm and inviting. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent customer service that made my experience even better. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!"

"Beautiful property with updated rooms and cleanliness. Enjoyed the live music most nights. Staff was very polite and helpful. Food was decent at sushi, cafe and gastropub, though overpriced. The pools were nice and relaxing. Snorkeling on the property was decent and less crowded compared to other beaches nearby. Cons were that they didn’t clean the room everyday, but they did replace our towels. Also, there was sand in our sheets when we first settled in, understandable considering the location but annoying that we had to get them changed. The workers in the snack shop were also fairly rude most mornings. "
