"Evening buffet wasn’t too bad, but we arrived about an hour into service and there wasn’t mix left. The bedroom was meant to be for 2 adults and 1 child, what we for was 2 single beds shoved together and no bedding for the “sofa” bed. Breakfast was poor. "

"I was only able to stay for a few hours as I got to hotel late and had an early flight to leave. The hotel staff made sure my checking very smooth and fast, and helped me bring all my stuff to the room. Everything is very smooth and told me that the clock change. The room is very comfortable which helped me fall into sleep "

"The room itself was adequate, so I’ll give credit where it’s due. But everything else about this booking was a disappointment driven by a seriously misleading listing. This property is a distance from the airport in a farm like community down a strange, poorly marked roadway, far from anything. The taxi fare to the airport is 37 euro. The photos on the listing bear no resemblance to the reality of the location or surroundings. There are no amenities nearby no restaurants, no shops, nothing within walking distance. There is no receptionist or staff on site, so you are completely on your own when you arrive. The location and lack of amenities were so unacceptable that we chose not to stay, which cost us $300. For the price charged, this was terrible value. If you’re booking this expecting a convenient airport hotel with services and nearby amenities, save your money. Book elsewhere."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel due to the lack of customer service. The staff was a bit rude during check-in, which immediately set a negative tone for the stay. There was no effort to be welcoming, helpful, or professional, and it felt like guests were more of an inconvenience than a priority. Customer service is a basic expectation when staying at any hotel, and unfortunately, this property fell far below that standard. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience."

"We only stayed 13 hours. Our last stop before heading to a very early morning flight home. The place is homie with beautiful views. We felt well rested and had been able to relax. It was to cold to swimm but the pool is huge with a very pretty area to lounge. "

"The apartment with the huge balcony and large windows giving so much light and a wonderful view of the sea was such a pleasure. The fully equipped kitchen made us want to just stay longer..a large fridge, an oven, cooking top, micro, toaster and a blessed dishwasher, with cupboards packed with all the plates, cups, jugs, pans, bowls and all the utensils you'll ever need. 2 minutes walk to the sea. A 20 minute stroll to a local mini market that has everything. Getting into the apartment with the code is very clear. They can arrange a taxi to come get you from the airport, which we did and was great. Porto Rafti has plenty of places to eat and drink. We will be back."
