"Not your typical hotel. There's no staff in case you have a question, or need something. You are provided with sparse amounts of Soap, towels, blankets, and had just one pillow. Decent sized room, and the bed was comfortable."

"I've booked this apart hotel at the last minute. It's a very well located and affordable place in Köln. I have been astonished by the professionalism of their staff. They are always ready to help and make your stay as enjoyable as possible. "

"Stayed in the Juliet room. The place is okay. Penny grocery store just down the street was nice. But the kitchen is kinda gross and smelly. The bathroom is fairly clean. The bed is worn out from having a single person sleep on it so you both roll into the middle which sucks. Friendly host. It's passable but I wouldn't recommend to my friends. "

"Leider keine Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Man muss in einem kostenpflichtigen Parkhaus parken. Diese Information haben wir leider erst auf dem Hinweg bekommen. Es wurde vorab nicht erwähnt, wo man den Schlüssel zur Wohnung erhält. Auch die begrenzten Check-In-Möglichkeiten wurden erst später kommuniziert. "When booking the property, I specifically asked that we (2 guests) are provided an extra bedding as we prefer sleeping warm.
