"This hotel was excellent. Not far from the train station so easy to walk to. The hotel is close to the cathedral which was very convenient for walking. There is a square outside which was great for dinner. I would highly recommend the buffet breakfast. There was plenty of choice. The staff was very nice and helpful."

"Tried to check in at 12.30pm and were told we couldn't access our rooms until 3pm. Which is super frustrating and there wasn't even any sense of empathy or apology for it. Front desk staff were very very slow at the check in process. Front desk staff on other occasions had no urgency despite there being a queue. Why don't they act more quickly, they are on "go slow" mode? Bar staff were very nice and much more efficient. Room was nice, although no iron and ironing board. For s 4 star hotel the water should be refreshed daily. Price of the mini market on ground floor was disgraceful - €4+ for a small bottle of water. Hotel was in a fantastic location. Lobby area is nicely setup for relaxing and drinks. Did not appreciate a knock on my door from housekeeping team at 8.30am on Sunday. Who does this?! Would not return to the hotel I am afraid due to the numerous issues above."
