"The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Kids liked the pool. But there are things that need to be addressed. Our room was missing a square of carpet, like it was cut out because of a stain and never replaced. The a/c in the room worked only ok-ish, never making the room truly cold. The tub faucet leaked. It was a nice stay, I just expected to not find these little maintenance issues."

"Enjoyed my stay with only one big issue. The bed mattress was not comfortable. I travel a lot and this was most surprising. The mattress felt like a cheaper brand not hard , not soft just uncomfortable."

"The room wasn’t cleaned very well during our stay. We were not greeted properly upon first arriving and we never received a cart to bring our belongings up to the room. We ended up making 2 trips and taking them up by ourselves. The TV was horrible and would cut off every 2-3 minutes for 30 second intervals. The pillows had a smell to them. The manager was nice and gave us a discount. However, I don’t think I would come back considering the price after discount still wasn’t good considering the service. You had to really push and call multiple times when making a request for items, etc. The room was very noisy and we had to be moved to another room. Even then, there were a lot of slamming doors by other guests. Not an enjoyable experience."

"Everything was wonderful but the pool was unfortunately dirty when we arrived on Friday afternoon, I believe they were cleaning it on Saturday but we were only there one night. The breakfast was fenomenal! Great kitchen staff and waiter!"
