The shower curtain was covered with dried snot rockets. Bathroom door looked like it had been kicked previously and had a huge hole in it. Towels weren’t very clean. One had a few brown/black stains on it. There were a few sketchy people on property inside and outside, including an older motor home that came speeding through the parking lot and then was in what appeared to be a drug dealer with one of the hotel guests. Now I know this isn’t the hotels fault on who stays at this hotel, just letting future guests be aware as this neighbourhood wasn’t terrible but the hotel property attracted quite an unwanted guests. Probably because the lice is very reasonable. Also the air conditioning isn’t not good as it took about 10 hours for the room to get cold and the air was barely blowing out of the vent. My husband overheard another guest complaining at the front desk about it as well.

Customer service was horrible. They took 100 dollsr deposit that they never refunded. The front desk clerk actdc like doing her job was a inconvenience for her especially when i asked for her to fix my room key because it did not work

This was dirty, the door to the room literally had a break in it that looked like someone had tried to break in the door previously. The room key constantly needed to be reset so I could access my room, and the remote for the tv was broken.

The bathroom door has a hole punched into it. There was long black hair all over the bathroom and on the "clean" towels. I don't have long black hair. The sheets have stains on them. The bathroom light was flickering on our last night. It still smells of marijuana. Smokers do not move far enough away from the front door. I have to walk in their smoke.

I never mind saying at a Motel 6 property as it’s always a convenient, affordable place to sleep when needed. It’s never a place I expect to be over the top. That said, this one in particular was actually quite nice! I don’t think I’ve ever been in an elevator in a Motel 6, but I’m so thankful it was there. The beds were a true queen and quite comfortable! I liked that there was a small tub in the shower - which was actually pretty spacious for this kind of place! I didn’t need to use it, but the seat provided inside was a nice touch for those that have mobility limitations. Room was also pretty big! My only real complaint was that the air conditioner didn’t work when we stayed that night and there wasn’t an option to crack the window for some air flow so it was a stuffy night. Building was clean, vending machines fully stocked with great snack options, free WiFi, wood floors, great location close to the interstate, and friendly staff. Thank you for a place to stay to rest up for the long drive the following morning. If I’m in Lehi again, I’d be happy to stay there.
