"Our 2 night stay at the Washington was lovely we were there for the Gromet Trail 3, the room was clean and well presented the staff friendly and helpful, the breakfast was nice. It is a short walk to Clifton village with bars and shops also close the bus routes, The only thing the car park was small. "
"The option to stay in serviced apartment was excellent. It provided flexibility/choice when it came to food as we could eat in or eat out. It was great for a small group as there were two bed (twin or could be put together as a double) and a double sofa bed. The apartment was clean and had good facilities. "A couple of nights away with the girls. The apartment was overall good. I should have checked when booking but there is no parking. The area Redlands is nice. The outside of the apartment needs tidying up.
The beds and bedding were comfortable but when we went to make one of the beds into double (was a zip lock) the sheeting was filthy with bloody stains. The cleaner did come the next day to change the bedding but was a bit grim.
The shower facilities weren’t great as the flow was very weak....

"Staff very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfy and I had a lovely night's sleep.The breakfast was a good although it wasn't obvious anywhere what we would be getting until being seated. Great location and we would definitely consider going back."
