The staff and housekeeping were truly amazing - friendly, professional, and always on top of everything. The place was spotless and well cared for, which made the stay so comfortable. What really makes this place stand out is the cool, creative room designs. Each room has its own vibe and character — stylish, modern, and fun without sacrificing comfort. You can tell a lot of intention went into the design and details. The entire experience felt personal and well-managed, not cookie-cutter at all. I'd absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Fourth First Place to anyone looking for a unique, clean, and great-energy place to stay in LA."

"We have stayed here several times and you cannot beat the location. USC Hotel is directly across the street from USC, making it extremely convenient to go to any USC events. In addition, there are many spectacular museums that are a very easy half mile walk from the hotel. There are a plethora of restaurants within easy walking distance and several stores as well. The area is safe and lively. Because it has a main road on one side and highway 110 behind it, it is a bit noisy though and the windows don’t block it much, but with ear plugs in we slept well. You really don’t need a car when staying here, but if you have one, self-parking costs $40/day and is conveniently in a parking structure directly behind the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Martha at the front desk who easily worked out our reservation changes."
