"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Merak House Guangzhou. The hotel is beautiful, quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located. Our room was excellent, housekeeping did a great job, breakfast was awesome, and the food at the hotel restaurant was also amazing. What made our stay especially memorable was how the hotel helped us celebrate our wedding anniversary. The staff went out of their way to prepare our room beautifully with flowers, a cake, and other special touches. We truly appreciated their effort and hospitality. It made our anniversary celebration even more special. The only challenge we experienced was the language barrier. Most of the staff spoke mainly Chinese, so we often communicated through translation apps. Everyone was very patient and helpful, but at times the language barrier made it a little difficult to request certain services or clearly communicate our needs. Other than that, we were extremely pleased with our stay. Everyone treated us with kindness and made us feel welcome. We would definitely recommend Merak House Guangzhou, especially to couples looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to stay in Guangzhou. Thank you to the entire team for helping make our anniversary trip so memorable!"

"I stayed at Swissรดtel for more than 10 days, and although the first few days didnโ€™t get off to the smoothest start, the way everything was handled completely changed my experience. On my first night, I had an issue with the air conditioning in my room. With the language barrier, I initially thought it might become a difficult situation, but the team immediately tried to resolve the problem and, when that wasnโ€™t enough, arranged another room for me. I was subsequently upgraded as well, which was a very thoughtful gesture. On another evening, I experienced some unusual and unexpected knocks on my door, which made me uncomfortable. This is where I especially want to mention Ella, the manager. She handled the situation with such professionalism, care and genuine concern that I immediately felt reassured. From that point onwards, Ella truly left no stone unturned to make sure the rest of my stay was exceptional. She personally made sure I was comfortable, communication was always handled beautifully, and even the staff at breakfast became familiar with my preferences and made me feel incredibly well looked after. What impressed me most was that this didnโ€™t feel like standard hotel service or simply an attempt to fix an initial problem. Over a stay of more than 10 days, the care and attention remained consistent throughout. A hotel can have beautiful rooms and facilities, but ultimately it is the people who make you remember a stay. Ella is one of those people."
