"Satisfactory. Friendly host and staff helped when asked. Significant building noise until dusk (power tools and workers) at the time. Thid was not disclosed when booked, would not have booked here if had known this. Debris thrown into bathroom on one night, detracted from feeling of safety. "Very nice place, peaceful, quiet place (looks quite new at the time of writing - May 2015). Room was clean, somebody even cared enough to add descriptions to light switches so you know which switch does what, there was a water dispenser in the living room and a movie available to watch.
