The staff, air con & bed were very good. However this hotel is more suited to local guests, especially families, than international travelers. Eg the nearest atm is a 15 min taxi ride away. Also this hotel holds large corporate functions so access to the pools can at times be limited.

Very very friendly and helpful staff! Everything is located at and around pool area which is supurb. Pool and garden areas are beautiful, however the rooms have had their glorious times and are outdated.

Wonderful destination! The staff is outstanding, and the complimentary buffet breakfast is simply amazing. The resort boasts stunning, serene swimming pools for both adults and children, all with a beachside view. The property itself is expansive, with impeccably maintained gardens that add to its charm. While it may not be located in the commercial area, there is a fantastic restaurant next door.

Hotel was an excellent standard for this type of resort hotel and in low season very good value, The buffet breakfasts, included in room rate, had many options and were equally good value, the staff were friendly at all times, and unlike previous hotels I'd tried the rooms had comfortable, cushioned furniture and a desk. Minor negatives were the smell of drains in the bathroom, and the beach alongside the hotel which was narrow and shelved steeply into the Bali/Lombok strait.

I like the location, the room, the pool, and the beach. Only 1 small thing made me a little disappointed, food delivery is not allowed to come to lobby (Which I can understand) but the security asked to walk from my room to the street. I think they should bring my food the the lobby instead and ask me to pick it up at the lobby. That is disappointing.

We stayed here for six days the property was very nice and the staff were very friendly. One member stood out to us her name is Afifa she works the front desk. We found her very friendly and super helpful. Lovely lady. Property was very clean, rooms were great. The one thing I could say about this property is that the towels did not smell that great and we had some laundry done and our clothes did not smell like they had been cleaned so that was not great. But other than that it was a very nice place to stay. No safe in the room

This hotel is clean and the room is comfortable. However, there is no lift and therefore not suitable for those with heavy luggage and mobility issues. The wifi coverage was weak to non-existent, not suitable for work. The first room I had did not have wifi coverage at all. I negotiated with the reception staff for another room which the staff kindly made the arrangement. Eventually, I settled for a room with twin beds (could not be combined) although I booked a double bed room. This room had weak wifi coverage, required longer duration to load a webpage.

I was have enjoyed the Jayakarta. The staff over the years has been so friendly and helpful. This is my first trip since everything was shut down during Covid. Happy to say everything and everyone made t as pleasnat as always.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Modernisierung und ein Internetupgrade vertragen, nichts desto trotz ist der Stil des Hotels und die Anlage, besonders der Poolbereich, wunderschön und das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr groß. Die Sauberkeit und das Personal sind ausgezeichnet und extrem freundlich, es gibt dort nichts zu bemängeln. Gerne wieder!

Bring Zeit mit!!!!

Das Hotel war ansich ganz ok, aber die Organisation des Frühstück war furchtbar. Es fehlte eigentlich immer etwas. War Kaffee da, gab es keine Milch. War der Toast nach knapp 10 Minuten fertig, fehlte die Butter. Die kam dann nach 5 Minuten tiefgefroren... und so ging es an jeder Station weiter. Also zum Frühstück sehr sehr sehr viel Zeit mitbringen!!! Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 1. Stock mit Blick auf den Pool und das Meer. Sehr schön, aber bereits um 6:30 tummelten sich etliche Kinder mit entsprechendem Geräusch Pegel I'm Pool. Die Öffnungszeit des Pools war eigentlich ab 8:00, hat aber keinen interessiert. Für mich keine Option da erneut zu buchen!!

Nabij geen winkeltjes of restaurants. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Op 4 dagen verblijf slechts 1x avondeten genomen, dat was echt slecht. Ook ontbijt vrij smaak en kleurloos. Moest het eten lekkerder zijn zou ik hier lang kunnen verblijven

December in the hotel

The hotel is right off the beach and has nice features to take beautiful photographs on, especially during sunset. Staff were kind and attentive but the amenities in the room could be updated. The side table of switches were really old. However the place was clean. This is a hotel that is more suited for domestic travellers so modest outfit would be best as swim wear.

The property is old and need a good renovation, especially in the bathrooms.poor lights in the bedrooms.The spa didn't have the hot water in the tub,a bit disappoint of that. No entertainment during the day, or night, very quiet resort. Overall the staff is very kind and friendly. The food selection was very good and the position is excellent.
