"Friendly staff"

"Only downfall was the pool. felt like a lake on a very cold night. Felt like a ice bath. Everything else was absolutely perfect though "

"We made the reservation using Hotels.com. When we entered Sioux City hotels, this hotel popped up in Sioux Falls. We didn’t notice that this didn’t belong until 15 minutes after the reservation was confirmed. Hotels.com stated that a refund was only available when the property allowed it. Property stated if you pay you play. They refuse to help with any insignificant error. I would actually recommend against staying at the property because of their attitude. And I would caution anyone using Hotels.com. People make error. And these two companies take advantage of that."

"This hotel was pristine and peaceful. We had a lake-view room and enjoyed a stroll around it after dinner. Breakfast was super yummy. Would love to stay here again if we are in the area."

"New area and hotel, money was spent in the right places making beautiful accommodation."

"When we walked into our room, the window was open and the A/C was on and it smelled very musty and that smell stayed in the roomfor our whole stay, the water did not drain very well in the shower and the bed was like sleeping on a board, it was a very spacious room with many amenities but we won’t be staying there again"

"The complimentary breakfast had a lot of options and all were happy within my group. The water park pool area was a big hit as well. The only issue we had was the dude sweeping in the pool area creeping out my pre teen daughter and clearly checking her out. My husband was getting very upset. The staff at the front desk were great. It was an average room but it was clean. It was a bit loud bc they had something going on. The adults were definitely having a good time in their party. We would possibly stay again. "
