"We had two family apartments. One which was the main floor, and one on the third floor. The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. Bed was comfortable; however, I would invest in real pillows or definitely bring your own. Overall we had a lovely stay. The elevator did breakdown once but was fixed within 24 hours. "We were 4 adults and stayed for a week. The staff were very helpful and quite conversable in English. The rooms were clean every day. The hotel offers a good buffet breakfast. It is very easy to reach by train only about 7 minutes walk and also it is very close to the centre about 5 mins walk to Marktplatz. Very well served in all aspects"
"Great location and reasonably priced. Lodges are a good size but there is a real issue with cleanliness. The whole lodge required a self clean before it was ready to move into. I do not believe that the cleaners at this park actually do their job. The Aqua Mundo is very good and there is plenty of activities to book. Staff were friendly. I would advise against booking this in the heat of the summer as the Market dome is not air conditioned and acts like a greenhouse. We have done 6 Center Parcs throughout Europe and this scores averagely in comparison. "
"Reception on floor 1, but check-in was in the restaurant/bar on floor 0. Took a bit to figure this out. Air conditioning was struggling to cool the room--probably due to dirty filters (there wasn't much airflow)--but the neighborhood was quite quiet and the night air was cool which allowed us to cool the room quickly just by opening the windows. Great place to stay right in the heart of this charming town!"
"Hotel is presently being renovated. We had a renovated room unfortunately no fridge yet, lights ha be been misswired, and there was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom. It will be a good hotel when renovations are finished and all problems have been fixed. "
