The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and professional, providing attentive service throughout the duration of my stay. The room was clean, well-appointed, and featured an elegant, modern design that added to the overall comfort of the stay. The breakfast buffet deserves particular mention, offering an excellent and generous selection that made for a truly enjoyable start to each day. In terms of location, the hotel is ideally situated directly in front of a tram station, providing convenient and direct connections to both the airport and the city centre. This made travel to and from the property seamless and efficient. Overall, I would highly recommend the FirstName Hotel to anyone visiting Bordeaux, whether for business or leisure. It offers an excellent combination of comfort, service, and location."

"The location of the hotel was amazing! The room was a good size, the bathtub was very nice. The main issue I had with the property was that our air conditioner did not work properly. It made for a very uncomfortable night sleep. We did notify the staff, and they tried to help us with it. Even after they fiddled with it, it did not change anything. It was very stuffy and oppressively warm in the room."
